This is ridiculous because it’s clearly bot related but since there’s apparently no customer service the only solution is to try to figure it out yourself, which I would imagine would only make the situation worse in facebooks eyes. If I try to use another account I get the same treatment. I think I placed a tag Facebook didn’t like so have been “under review” for some time. The marketplace is pretty bad but helpful for certain items that are annoying to ship. I don’t use social media much but had been using Facebook marketplace.
I think it’s silly to pretend that the overall opinion of Facebook isn’t negative & that our comments make a difference to a company this large. But yet those groups that they genuinely allow. It’s tempting to leave Facebook because they are a threat to take my images of my children, my memories & long lost friends if I post an innocent image. I’ve been using other platforms & missing the MySpace days where we could talk & not get out in timeout & where we had Freedom Of Speech. I’ve been reported for “nudity” & there was none & was reprimanded. Response from Facebook? It doesn’t go against community standards. Like everything else anymore- how backwards or should I say backwoods can you get…? I have found the child trafficking pages & groups- reported? I did.
I post an innocent image- I’m warned or the image is removed.
But Facebook must be like mules & get a chunk because they allow it. Yes- we have some people that are mentally not all there- my friend was in an accident & she’s somewhat childlike & she gave tons of money over time. Nick is obviously worth millions but then again- some people do get sucked in & give money. For funsies I allowed contact with one of these scammers & immediately he had asked for Bitcoin. I report them & Facebook absolutely refuses to do anything. One person will comment & 10 “Nick Carters” will reply claiming to be Nick.
